The Suntes TY...D-G is a high-capacity, ball-clutch type mechanical torque limiter (torque releaser) manufactured by Sanyo Shoji Co., Ltd. in Japan. It functions as an overload protection device that mechanically disengages the drive side from the driven side when excessive torque occurs, preventing machine damage. Utilizes an internal drive ball configuration. When the torque exceeds 200 N·m, the balls roll out of their detents, moving the outer case axially to completely drop the load.
