The SUNTES TY...D-H is a high-precision, ball-clutch type torque releaser (torque limiter) manufactured by Sanyo Shoji Co., Ltd. in Japan. It is designed to instantly disengage a drive system when an overload or jam occurs, protecting critical machinery from damage. Steel balls are seated in conical grooves, locking the input and output sides together so torque is transmitted seamlessly. When torque exceeds the preset limit, the balls push out of their detents against internal springs, instantly releasing the drive. Features are : Bidirectional Rotation, Easy Torque Adjustability, Low Residual Torque, Long-Life Dry Mechanism, Zero Heat Generation, High Moment of Inertia Efficiency, High-Speed Stability, True Shock-Load Dampening, Tamper-Resistant Locking.
