Details

The SUNTES TX..D-H is an industrial-grade, mechanical ball clutch-type automatic torque limiter (torque releaser). Manufactured in Japan by Sanyo Shoji Co., Ltd., it operates as an overload protection device that mechanically disconnects the driving side from the driven side of a transmission system the moment torque exceeds a pre-set threshold. High-tension red springs apply direct axial force to precision-ground steel balls, wedging them securely inside matching localized detent index pockets on the driving hub.
