The SUNTES TX...D-G is an industrial-grade, automatic-reset ball clutch mechanical torque limiter manufactured in Japan by Sanyo Shoji Co., Ltd.. This safety component protects drive lines by immediately halting torque transmission during mechanical overloads or machine jams. When operational torque exceeds a pre-tuned threshold, internal drive balls are forced out of their respective seating sockets against the pre-loaded spring force. This axial displacement instantly cuts off power between the driving and driven components (e.g., motor to gearbox or drive sprocket).
