The SUNTES TV...DW is a heavy-duty, cassette shear pin type torque releaser (torque limiter) manufactured by Sanyo Shoji Co., Ltd. in Japan. It serves as a mechanical overload protection device that instantly cuts off power transmission when the system encounters excessive torque. Unlike the SUNTES TV series uses a sacrificial or resettable pin arrangement to safely isolate a jam or malfunction. This protects expensive drive motors, gearboxes, and downstream mechanical components from catastrophic twisting or structural failure. Features are : Zero Residual Torque, Low-Speed, High-Torque Optimization, Complete Isolation, Bi-Directional Protection, No Axial Thrust, Anti-Friction Support Bearings, Low Rotational Inertia, High Thermal Dissipation.
