Each insert boasts a wide inner ring design and a service-free design with 90% grease filling, ensuring maintenance-free operation. Zinc-coated steel sheet retainer with vulcanised triple lip seal. The lips from NBR are axially preloaded and angled outwards. The triple lip seal is completely covered by a massive steel protector. The zinc-coated impact shield is additionally equipped with a lip seal and strongly secured on a knurled seat. This insert is designed for extremely polluted environments, Shock resistant, Low rotation speeds and Higher friction, Suitable for high-pressure washing.
