(SET SCREW TYPES) Multiple Seal System L4. This is Engineered to thrive in challenging environments, featuring a multiple seal system on each side of the insert to withstand heavily dirt-contaminated conditions. Each steel insert includes a wide inner ring design and is zinc-coated with reduced internal clearance, offering protection against moderate torque and corrosion. It incorporates two zinc-coated steel sheet elements with vulcanized seal lips from NBR, where the internal retainer is equipped with a radial seal to the inner ring and the external slinger has a radial seal to the outer ring. A third seal lip is intermediate and acts axially. This insert is designed for medium to heavily polluted environments, medium rotation speeds, and lower friction. It's also suitable for pressure washing applications.
