The LMBS SAMICK BEARING is a self-aligning linear bushing following the US standard (inch) dimensions, featuring specific anti-corrosion plating. The 'N' indicates an electroless nickel plating for rust prevention. The LMBS series from Samick is designed for smooth, high-precision linear motion with unlimited stroke length when used with an LM shaft. The key feature is the self-aligning ball plate which allows for alignment variations of up to ±0.5°, ensuring uniform load distribution and low friction even with minor mounting inaccuracies or shaft deflection. Material : The outer sleeve is made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel, with inner and outer grinding processes applied after heat treatment. The balls are made of high carbon steel (SUJ2), and the retainer is typically polymer.
