This specific component is a modern, high-performance, lead-free upgrade designed to directly replace older material generations like P10 and P14. It provides exceptional wear resistance, high mechanical resilience, and stable friction values across extreme temperature fields. Material : P180 material is a multi-layer dry-running composite consisting of a steel backing base, a sintered porous tin-bronze intermediate layer, and a PTFE–Barium Sulphate self-lubricating sliding surface.
