NMB MBYT22 is a spherical plain bearing with inner diameter 22 mm, outer diameter 44 mm and width 35.50 mm. Additional specifications include bore type CYLINDRICAL and lubrication STANDARD.

The MBYT bearing is a premium, aerospace-grade, spherical self-lubricating plain bearings manufactured by NMB. Features a flat outer race surface with chamfered corners. This configuration requires the housing to be retained by external hardware, such as a circlip, snap ring (seeger ring), or step-bored shoulders inside the housing bore. A specialized Teflon-fabric liner is permanently bonded to the inner surface of the outer race. This eliminates the need for periodic grease maintenance, lowers the coefficient of friction, and prevents metal-on-metal seizure under load. Materal : Constructed from a through-hardened SUS440C stainless steel ball rotating against an SUS410 stainless steel outer race. Features are : High Misalignment Accommodation, Controlled Breakaway Torque, Internal Radial Clearance Limits, Extreme Temperature Threshold, Fretting and Vibration Isolation.
