NMB - HRT30ECR | Rod End Bearings | 30 × 78 × 37 × 120 mm

Details

NMB HRT30ECR is a rod end bearings with inner diameter 30 mm, outer diameter 78 mm, width 37 mm and length 120 mm. Additional specifications include bore type CYLINDRICAL and lubrication STANDARD.

THREAD=M30×2.0. The HRT...ECR is a heavy-duty, three-piece male rod end spherical bearing produced by NMB. Built using a dedicated three-piece design (Body + Race + Ball) where the outer race is precision-staked around the core ball. This ensures much tighter clearances and minimal mechanical play (slop). The inner race is lined with a specialized Teflon (PTFE) fabric liner. As the bearing rotates, the liner transfers a microscopic dry film to the inner ball. This eliminates the need for grease nipples, periodic lubrication, or maintenance schedules. Material : Constructed from a zinc-plated chrome-molybdenum steel housing, a 410 stainless steel race, and a through-hardened 440C stainless steel ball. Features are : Wide Temperature Range, Controlled Breakaway Torque, Massive Radial and Axial Load Safety, Angular Misalignment Management, Low-Clearance Play Boundaries, Vibration Damping. Applications : Aerospace & Aviation Systems, Packaging & Bottling Automation, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Actuator Mounts,Textile & Paper Mill Machinery, Renewable Energy & Power Generation Systems, Construction, Agricultural & Mining Equipment, Medical Technology & Precision Lab Automation, Marine Systems & Off-Shore Equipment. E=External Male Thread, CR=Corrosion Resistant.
