NMB - HRT30CR | Rod End Bearings | 30 × 78 × 37 × 120 mm

Details

NMB HRT30CR is a rod end bearings with inner diameter 30 mm, outer diameter 78 mm, width 37 mm and length 120 mm. Additional specifications include bore type CYLINDRICAL and lubrication STANDARD.

THREAD=M30×2.08. The HRT...CR is a self-lubricating three-piece female rod end bearing manufactured by NMB Minebea. Unlike weak thw-piece swaged commercial variants, these feature an independent body, outer race, and inner ball. This structural separation distributes massive multi-axis forces evenly. The internal race features a permanently bonded Teflon/PTFE woven liner. As the mirror-finished stainless steel ball rotates, it self-lubricates against the liner. This completely eliminates the need for grease nipples, routine oiling, or maintenance schedules. The tight, dry interface naturally repels dust, grit, and industrial contaminants that typically ruin standard greased bearings. Material : Constructed with  high-tensile Chrome Molybdenum Steel body, a 410 Stainless Steel race, a through-hardened 440C Stainless Steel ball. Features are : High Radial Capacity, Controlled Breakaway Torque, Ultra-Low Friction Coefficient, Shock Absorption & Vibration Dampening, Extreme Temperature Range, Longer Operational Lifespan. Applications : Aerospace & Aviation Systems, Packaging & Bottling Automation, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Actuator Mounts,Textile & Paper Mill Machinery, Renewable Energy & Power Generation Systems, Construction, Agricultural & Mining Equipment, Marine Systems & Off-Shore Equipment. CR=Corrosion Resistant.
