The GX-T bearing is a metric-sized, maintenance-free thrust spherical plain bearing designed for heavy axial loads in applications requiring self-alignment. It features a sliding contact surface of steel-on-PTFE fabric, which eliminates the need for manual lubrication. Material : The outer race is typically made of Gcr15 steel (hardened and phosphated) with a PTFE liner, while the inner race is surface hard chrome plated.
