Details

The GX...S bearing is a metric thrust spherical plain bearing designed primarily for axial loads, though it can accommodate combined loads to a certain extent. It features a steel-on-steel sliding contact surface where both the inner and outer rings are hardened and phosphated for durability. Material : Both the inner and outer rings are made from 52100 Chrome steel (or GCr15), which is hardened to reach a hardness of approximately 58-64 HRC for the inner race and 54-60 HRC for the outer race. Features are : Impact Resistance, Misalignment Compensation, High Temperature Tolerance, Shock Load Resistance, Friction Reduction, Relubrication System, Crossed Lubrication Grooves.
