The Nadella FWH series is a compact guide rail with a single shaft, part of the Base-Line series for light to medium loads, and not a standalone bearing. It is designed to work in conjunction with specific guide rollers to create a linear motion system. The FWH Nadella rail is designed for applications where a low and space-saving design is critical. The rollers can utilize ball bearings for lighter, high dynamic systems or needle roller/tapered roller bearings for more demanding, high-load applications. Compact rail with a single hardened steel shaft integrated into an aluminum support. Material: The guide surfaces are made of induction-hardened steel for durability (surface hardness of 58HRC), while the support element is an aluminum alloy, offering a lighter alternative to all-steel rails.
