Details

The FRLR...EU is a self-retained V-Line guide roller bearing unit featuring a solid, threaded stud instead of a traditional inner ring, which simplifies mounting. The 'LR' in the designation indicates a loose or "floating" fit, as opposed to a fixed (concentric) one, which helps accommodate alignment errors during assembly. The outer ring has a convex running surface to reduce rolling friction and allow for slight guide flexing or minor misalignment without compromising function. It uses caged balls as rolling elements, allowing for higher rotational speeds and less heat generation compared to full-complement designs. Material : Standard bearing steel (Chrome steel GCr15).
