The FRL...EU is a stud-type track roller that features a robust, thick-walled outer ring capable of withstanding high radial forces. It uses a single row of ball bearings held in a cage, which allows for controlled movement, lower friction compared to full complement designs, and higher rotational speeds. Instead of a separate inner ring, it has a solid, threaded stud for straightforward mounting onto a flat guide track (not a housing bore). Material: Made from standard bearing steel (Chrome Steel GCr15). The floating design and slightly convex race sides of the outer ring help accommodate minor guide flexing or assembly alignment errors, reducing the need for high-precision machining during installation.
