The GR...S bearing is a specialized heavy-duty machined race needle roller bearing without an inner ring. The rollers are guided by a central mechanism rather than their ends. This reduces friction, prevents roller skewing (misalignment), and ensures smooth rotation under heavy stress. Featuring a full complement of center-guided needle rollers rather than traditional caged or standard multi-rolled configurations. It contains a full set of center-guided needle rollers without a traditional retaining cage, yielding exceptionally high radial load capacities. Material : It is constructed from through-hardened AISI 52100 high-carbon chrome steel. Features are : No Inner Ring, Integrated Relubrication Features, Oscillating Motion Optimization, Martensitic Heat Treatment, Non-Separable Unit.
