The Guiderol GR..RSS is a highly specialised, premium-grade machined race radial needle roller bearing. It features a full-complement design with double rubber-lipped contact seals to provide extreme radial stiffness in space-restricted environments. Unlike standard needle bearings that use a steel or polyamide separator cage, the GR series uses a full complement of needle rollers without a cage retainer. A center-guiding mechanism uses a raised integral rib on the outer raceway to track a corresponding groove machined into the center of each individual needle roller. Features are : Superior Contamination Exclusion, Built-in Relubrication System, High Rigidity & Zero-Internal Looseness Adaptation, Self-Retaining Design, Low Start-Up Torque, Fatigue Resistance.
