BEARING INSERT NO= VB-232. The VFCB is a high-performance, medium-duty four-bolt piloted flange cartridge ball bearing unit manufactured by Browning. It uses a specialized cylindrical pilot backing that inserts directly into a machine housing bore to guarantee perfect shaft alignment and absorb high radial forces. Unlike traditional set-screw bearings that distort or score the shaft, the BOA concentric lock features a collar that tightens uniformly around the shaft over a full 360 degrees. This yields near-perfect concentricity, reduces system vibration, and preserves the integrity of the shafting. Material : It features a cast iron housing finished in powder-coat epoxy, an inner core made of high-purity 52100 chrome steel, and a protective nitrile rubber single-lip contact seal paired with a steel flinger.
