ZEN BEARING GE12-C is a thrust spherical plain bearings with inner diameter 12 mm, outer diameter 22 mm and width 10 mm. Additional specifications include bore type CYLINDRICAL.
Raidal spherical plain bearing. Spherical plain bearings are two-piece plain bearings. They have no rolling elements, but consist of an inner and outer ring. The inner ring has a convex outer surface. The outer ring has a concave inner surface. This construction gives spherical plain bearings their high load carrying capacity and capacity to accommodate misalignment. Steel-on-PTFE sliding contact which makes it maintenance-free. PTFE is a special plastic. During the run-in period of these plain bearings, particles of PTFE are deposited on the opposite running surface.
