THREAD = M20x1.5. The SFG series is a four-piece, metal-to-metal design, which includes the housing, the ball, and two separate brass race inserts. This construction is used to achieve the highest precision and handle heavier loads compared to more basic rod ends. The bearing features a steel-on-brass sliding contact surface. The hardened steel ball runs against lubricated brass inserts. This combination offers excellent wear resistance and low friction, but requires regular maintenance.
