Details

These bearing is a high-precision, thin-section crossed roller bearing. It is designed for applications requiring high rigidity and the ability to handle multi-directional loads (radial, axial, and moment) within a space-saving profile. Cylindrical rollers are arranged crosswise at 90° V-groove raceways, separated by spacer retainers. This allows a single bearing to replace two conventional bearings. The outer ring is typically divided axially and held by retaining rings, while the inner ring is an integral structure. Material : Typically crafted from high-quality GCr15 (chrome steel) or GCr15SiMn, which provides excellent hardness, wear resistance, and high fatigue life.
