TLK 110: during screws tightening the hub has no axial movement with respect to the shaft.Maximum permissible tolerances: H8 for shaft, H8 for hub. Maximum allowable surface finish Rt max 16 μm (Ra 3 μm - Rz 13 μm). Feature Are : Medium-high torque, Restricted hub diameter, Limited installation time, Very low surface pressure, Maintenance free, Easy installation, Self-centring. A good surface finish by machine tool is sufficient.They are designed for the economic mounting of gears, pulleys, cams, sprockets, and so on, where frequent removal is not required.
