The SUNTES TX....E-G is an industrial torque releaser (also known as a torque limiter or ball clutch) manufactured by Sanyo Shoji Co., Ltd. in Japan. It acts as a mechanical overload protection device that automatically disengages when the transmitted torque exceeds a preset threshold to prevent machine damage. It features a ball clutch mechanism with a continuous/automatic reset type, meaning it re-engages automatically once normal rotation resumes and the overload is cleared. An internal spring presses steel balls into matching pockets on the hub boss, locking the drive components together to transmit power.
