THE GUIDE BUSHINGS are manufactured from spring-hardened steel. The borehole has a plastic slide coating. The outside diameter is machined to ISO tolerance h5, the borehole to ISO tolerance G6. The maximum run-out of the borehole – outside diameter – end faces is 0.01 mm. Manufacturing tolerance of the shaft: h5, concentricity and cylindricity within lT 3, surface roughness RZ max. 6.3 μm.
