UKPG210H = Complete Bearing With Housing, Bearing Insert = UK210G2H , Housing = PG210. PG : Pillow block housing made of grey cast iron with 2 tapped bores for fixing from below, relubricatable. H Adapter sleeve for bearing inserts with tapered bore. UK series inner ring with tapered bore for mounting of adapter sleeve, fixing to shaft using adapter sleeve, seals on both sides with additional slingers, also available with triple seals. These bearing units are supplied with a fully sealed bearing insert fitted in the 2 bolt cast iron pillow housing and include a grease nipple to facilitate re-lubrication. The inserts can easily be removed from the housings (by twisting them through 90 deg, for replacement as required. They can also be aligned in the housing in the same manner as the outer of the bearing insert has a spherical profile and will tolerate some degree of misalignment). Benefits: Can be re-lubricated, replaceable bearing insert with adaptor sleeve, easy fitting and adjustments, tolerates some misalignments.
