UCT205 = Complete Bearing With Housing, Bearing Insert = UC205G2 , Housing = T205. T2 : Take-up housing made of grey cast iron with taking up for threaded rod and nut, guide groove on both sides, relubricatable. UC series extended inner ring on both sides, fixing to shaft using set screws, optional design as floating bearing, seals on both sides with additional slingers, also available with triple seals. Bearing unit supplied with a fully sealed bearing insert fitted in the slotted take up housing and includes a grease nipple to facilitate re-lubrication. The bearing insert has 2 grub screws to allow tightening against the shaft once fitted. The inserts (available separately) can be removed from the housings for future replacement as required. Benefits: Cost effective bearing / housing assembly, re-lubricatable, replaceable insert, grub screw fixing.
