Details

EXFC203 = Complete Bearing With Housing, Bearing Insert = EX203G2 , Housing = FC204. FC2 : Round flanged housing made of grey cast iron with centring rim and 4 fixing holes, relubricatable. EX series extended inner ring on both sides, fixing to shaft using eccentric locking collar seals on both sides with additional slingers, also available with triple seals. These bearing units are supplied with a fully sealed bearing insert fitted in the round cast iron housing and include a grease nipple to facilitate re-lubrication. The bearing insert has an eccentric collar with a grub screw to facilitate securing the bearing to the shaft after installation. The inserts can be removed from the housings for future replacement as required. Benefits: Can be re-lubricated, replaceable bearing insert, eccentric collar, grub screw fixing.
