Each steel insert includes a single lip seal and slinger on both sides, along with a wide inner ring design. It incorporates a zinc-coated sheet steel retainer over-molded with NBR, featuring an axially preloaded seal lip and a preconnected, zinc-coated sheet steel slinger for enhanced protection against mechanical impacts and particles. This insert is designed to withstand medium to high rotation speeds, ensuring reliable performance even in low-temperature environments.
