MACHLINE is the SNR range of high precision bearings. It combines high speed and increased load capacity to meet the ever increasing demands of your machines. The sealed MLE range has lifetime lubrication, eliminating the need for periodic lubrication. All MACHLINE spindle bearings are produced to the P4S precision specification, which incorporates ISO 4 dimensional tolerances and ISO 2 dynamic tolerances. In a spindle, when it is not necessary to install an oil lubrication circuit and when grease lubrication is sufficient, SNR offers a technically adapted and economically advantageous solution. In this case, we recommend the use of bearings from the MLE family, consisting of the 71900 and 7000 series. 4S manufacturing accuracy as standard, Nitrile seals fixed to the outer ring, without contact with the inner ring, which allows the same limiting speed to bemaintained as in an open bearing.
