Each steel insert features a single lip seal and slinger on both sides, along with a wide inner ring design. It includes a zinc-coated sheet steel retainer over-molded with NBR, with an axially preloaded seal lip and a preconnected, zinc-coated sheet steel slinger for improved protection against mechanical impacts and particles. This bearing insert supports medium to high rotation speeds. The EX3 - G2 series represents SNR’s heavy-duty radial insert bearings with self-aligning capability and eccentric collar locking. Designed for robust industrial applications, these units excel in moderate to high-speed operations and facilitate efficient maintenance with greasing features.
