Each steel insert includes a wide inner ring design and boasts a 90% grease filling, ensuring maintenance-free operation. It incorporates a zinc-coated steel sheet retainer with a vulcanized triple lip seal, where the lips made from NBR are axially preloaded and angled outwards.
