This bearing insert is designed for heavily dirt-contaminated environments, featuring a multiple seal system on both sides of the insert. Each steel insert includes zinc coating and reduced internal clearance to withstand moderate torque and corrosion. It boasts a wide inner ring design and incorporates two zinc-coated steel sheet elements with vulcanized seal lips from NBR. The internal retainer is equipped with a radial seal to the inner ring, while the external slinger has a radial seal to the outer ring. A third seal lip is intermediate and acts axially. This insert is suitable for medium to heavily polluted environments, with medium rotation speeds and lower friction. It's also suitable for pressure washing applications.
