(ECCENTRIC LOCKING COLLAR TYPES) Basic Version. This bearing insert is a standard version designed for various applications. Each steel insert features a single lip seal on both sides and a narrow inner ring design. It includes a zinc-coated sheet steel retainer with a vulcanized NBR seal, with the axially preloaded seal lip positioned behind a protective edge. Suitable for normal environmental conditions, this bearing insert supports medium to high rotation speeds. The EX2 series - marked with suffix G2 - are radial insert ball bearings featuring a spherical outer ring and locked onto the shaft using an eccentric collar. They are designed for seamless integration into a variety of housing configurations (flange, pillow block, cartridge units) and offer excellent radial load handling in self-aligning applications.
