The SKF GE ...CJ2 bearing is an unsealed, maintenance-free radial spherical plain bearing designed for applications involving heavy, constant-direction loads. It is primarily characterised by its steel/PTFE sintered bronze sliding contact surface, which provides low friction without the need for regular lubrication. This bearing features an intentionally fractured outer ring, allowing it to be sprung apart for the insertion of the inner ring (ball).
