These bearing is a spherical roller bearing with an open design. This bearing type has a solid inner ring, which runs on two rows of symmetrical rollers in a solid outer ring. The outer ring has a concave, spherical raceway. This design compensates for any alignment errors and shaft deflections. Spherical roller bearings can withstand particularly high radial loads. Additionally, they can accommodate axial forces in both directions. These bearings are used in elevators, textile machines, food processing machines, cranes etc. CC : Two Window-Type Steel Cages, Flangeless Inner Ring And Guide Ring Centered On The Inner Ring, JA : Pressed Cage Of Unhardened Sheet Steel, Centred On The Outer Ring, W33 : Lubrication Groove And Three Holes In Bearing Outer Ring, VA406 : Bearing For Vibrating Applications With PTFE-Coated Bore. Interchangeable with VA405. VA406 can be fitted on the same axle as a VA405, no alterations of the diameter have to be done to go from VA405 to VA406.
