Details

Insert bearings are based on sealed deep groove ball bearings. This variant follows PEER design. It has an inner ring extended on both sides, with an eccentric locking collar, enabling quick and easy mounting onto the shaft. Locking with an eccentric collar is suitable for applications where the direction of rotation is constant. Material : The bearing is constructed from high-quality bearing steel, typically SAE 52100 (also known as GCr15 Chrome Steel). This material provides the necessary hardness and wear resistance for a long service life.
