Details

Single row deep groove ball bearings with filling slots accommodate more balls than standard deep groove ball bearings. They are of a simple, yet versatile, design. They are robust in operation, requiring little maintenance, and can accommodate radial and axial loads in both directions. They have a higher radial load carrying capacity than the corresponding bearings without filling slots with a limited axial load carrying capacity due to the filling slots. Materials : The bearing rings and balls are made from high carbon chromium bearing steel, typically 100Cr6, which provides an optimum balance of manufacturing and application performance. The cage is a two-piece, pressed steel, ball-riding, stayrod type.
