Details

The LMFL-N Samick bearing is a long, round-flanged linear bushing. The Samick LMFL-N linear bushing is part of the Asian Standard Flanged type Linear Bushing series (LMF type). The outer cylinder and the circular flange are integrated into a single unit, which facilitates easy and direct mounting to a housing using bolts. The outer cylinder is made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel (SUJ2) which is heat-treated and precision-ground on inner and outer diameters to ensure sufficient harness and projected travel life. The balls are also made from bearing steel, while the ball retainer is typically made from a durable resin (polymer) to guide the ball circuits smoothly. A steel retainer is an optional alternative for high-temperature.
