The SAMICK LMES is an open-type, self-aligning linear ball bearing, designed for precise linear motion systems in industrial applications. This is a European standard (LME) type linear bushing, generally interchangeable with other standard linear bushings. It is an "open" version, intended for use in applications where the shaft is supported by additional linear guides or needs clearance adjustment. The bearing is designed with self-aligning ball plates that can compensate for minor misalignments (up to ±0.5˚) between the shaft and the housing bore, simplifying installation and reducing potential binding or wear. Material: The outer sleeve is made from high-carbon chromium bearing steel, with grinding processes applied after heat treatment. The rolling elements (balls) are also high-carbon bearing steel (SUJ2).
