Details

The Samick LM linear bushing is a high-precision bearing featuring an electroless nickel-plated outer sleeve for enhanced corrosion resistance. It is designed for precise linear motion systems in industrial automation and CNC machinery. The bearing ensures stable, low-friction, and high-repeatability linear movement. The bearing uses a system of recirculating high-carbon steel balls within a polymer retainer. These balls run along a smooth raceway, maintaining point contact with the shaft, which minimizes friction and ensures smooth, low-noise operation. Material: The outer sleeve and balls are made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel (SUJ2), and the retainer is made of synthetic resin (polymer).
