LINE SHAFT WITH FULLY SPLIT CLAMPING HUB, ZAE SERIES, SIZE 150, PLEASE SPECIFY LENGTH (RANGING FROM 180 MM TO 6000 MM), RATED TORQUE 150 NM, PLEASE SPECIFY D1 AND D2 (BORE DIAMETERS, RANGING FROM 19 MM TO 42 MM). The R+W ZAE is a zero-backlash, torsionally rigid metal bellows line shaft coupling manufactured by R+W Coupling Technology. It is specifically engineered to bridge large spans-up to 6 metres-between driving and driven components without requiring intermediate support bearings. The ZAE series over the standard ZA series is its fully split clamping hub design, which allows the entire center assembly to be radially inserted or removed without disrupting the surrounding machinery. Material : Flexible bellows are constructed from high-grade stainless steel; the split clamping hubs and intermediate tube section are made of lightweight aluminum for this specific series size.
