SAFETY COUPLING WITH PRECISION ELASTOMER COUPLING, STE SERIES, SIZE 2, PLEASE SPECIFY ADJUSTMENT RANGE (FROM 0.2 TO 0.5 KNM OR 0.5 TO 1.0 KNM OR 1.0 TO 1.5 KNM), ELASTOMER COUPLING SIZE 2500, ELASTOMER INSERT TYPE A/B/D, PLEASE SPECIFY D1 AND D2 (BORE DIAMETERS, RANGING FROM 30 TO 95 MM AND 30 TO 80 MM RESPECTIVELY). The R+W STE is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade ball-detent safety coupling integrated with an elastomer jaw connection. The drive side relies on a hardened steel, nitrocarburized ball-detent system for precise millisecond overload disconnects. The driven side utilizes robust polyurethane (TPU) elastomer inserts to absorb peak shock loads and damp drive string harmonics. Engineered as a simple keyway connection on both the drive hub and the output elastomer jaw hub to ensure secure, positive-locking power transmission.
