SAFETY COUPLING WITH HIGHLY ELASTIC COUPLING, ST2 SERIES, SIZE 5, PLEASE SPECIFY ADJUSTMENT RANGE (FROM 0.7 TO 2 KNM OR 1.2 TO 4 KNM OR 3.2 TO 5 KNM), PLEASE SPECIFY D1 AND (BORE DIAMETERS, RANGING FROM 40 TO 100 MM AND RANGING FROM 40 TO 90 MM). The ST2 R+W Coupling is a high-torque, industrial safety coupling (torque limiter) integrated with a highly elastic elastomer coupling. Manufactured by R+W Coupling Technology. It functions as an overload protection mechanism for direct drives, automatically disconnecting the driveline to protect downstream machinery from catastrophic failure when a torque limit is breached. Uses individual, spring-loaded safety modules distributed around its circumference. During torque spikes, the internal plungers pop out axially to ensure complete mechanical isolation without wearing out.
