SAFETY COUPLING WITH HIGHLY ELASTIC COUPLING, ST2 SERIES, SIZE 2, PLEASE SPECIFY ADJUSTMENT RANGE (FROM 0.2 TO 0.5 KNM OR 0.5 TO 1.0 KNM OR 1.0 TO 1.5 KNM), PLEASE SPECIFY D1 AND (BORE DIAMETERS, RANGING FROM 30 TO 80 MM AND RANGING FROM 30 TO 75 MM). The ST2 R+W Coupling is a high-torque, industrial safety coupling (torque limiter) integrated with a highly elastic elastomer coupling. Manufactured by R+W Coupling Technology. It functions as an overload protection mechanism for direct drives, automatically disconnecting the driveline to protect downstream machinery from catastrophic failure when a torque limit is breached. Uses individual, spring-loaded safety modules distributed around its circumference. During torque spikes, the internal plungers pop out axially to ensure complete mechanical isolation without wearing out.
