The SK5 is a precision backlash-free mechanical torque limiter integrated with a pluggable (blind mate) metal bellows coupling, manufactured by R+W Coupling Technology. This highly specialized safety component protects driving and driven mechanical assemblies from catastrophic structural failures caused by sudden machine jams or torque spikes. It utilizes dual clamping hubs with single radial clamping screws (ISO 4762) for high-friction shaft retention without keyways.
