The R+W ES2 is a high-precision, backlash-free torque limiting safety coupling manufactured by R+W Antriebselemente. It integrates a spring-loaded mechanical ball-detent safety mechanism with a vibration-damping elastomer jaw coupling to provide simultaneous overload protection and shaft misalignment compensation. A press-fit elastomer coupling engineered with two concentrically machined curved jaw hubs.
