ELASTOMER COUPLING, EKZ SERIES, INTERMEDIATE SPACER, SIZE 600, 840NM RATED TORQUE, 86MM LENGTH, BORE DIAMETER IS 65MM. The EKZ is an industrial-grade intermediate spacer coupling from the R+W SERVOMAX series. It is specifically engineered to bridge larger gaps between shafts while maintaining zero backlash and accommodating high lateral misalignment that standard compact couplings cannot support. Unlike the compact EK2 model, the EKZ features two elastomer inserts separated by a central aluminum spacer. This "double-jointed" design allows the coupling to handle significant parallel shaft offsets. Elastomer Insert (Type B) a shore 64D hardness insert, which is the stiffest standard option (green), offering high torsional rigidity. Material : High-strength aluminum hubs and spacer; wear-resistant TPU elastomer.
