The EKZ is a zero-backlash elastomer jaw intermediate spacer manufactured by R+W Coupling Technology. It belongs to the EK Servomax® series and functions as a dual-flexing bridge element that nests between two standard coupling hubs, specifically engineered to handle high lateral shaft misalignments without requiring intermediate pillow-block bearings. Material : High-strength aluminum spacer with a thermal TPU insert.
